It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or Congress Organizer to provide any financial assistance. If you require an original letter, it is recommended that you send your request 3 months in advance to account for delivery by post and administrative time.
The conference secretariat and organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
The 17th Annual Conference of the International Society for Bipolar Disorders ("ISBD") reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken during the conference and any additional event organized by the ISBD, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The ISBD may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the ISBD including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact Robert Nesbitt in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. The ISBD will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
